CW-H Start Run Cycle process Climate Wizard Horizontal

Climate Wizard Start Procedure

1. When unit is turned on in cool mode, the system will check the position of the drain valve and

close it if necessary. Duration 9 seconds.

2. System will check the water level. If it is below the low probe, solenoid valve will open and fill to

top probe then close.

3. Once water level has reached low probe, chlorinators will be energised.

4. Pre-wet cycle initiated. All three pumps start wetting the cores, one per core. The supply air fan

will start and run at fan speed 1 during the pre-wet cycle. This fan speed cannot be altered.

Duration 3 minutes.

Note: When the water level is below the probe, the pre-wet timer will pause while the water

level fills up. Pumps will continue to run at this time.

5. The supply air fan will start and run at selected speed.

Climate Wizard Run Procedure

1. During run cycle, the pumps will run for 1 minute then turn off for 8 minutes. When pumps are

on, the fan speed will reduce to 1 to avoid water pull off.

2. Salinity measurement is performed once every minute for a period of 10 seconds. Should the

salinity be measured above the set point, the drain valve will open. Once the water is below the

low probe, the drain valve will close and the solenoid valve will open, filling the tank to the top

probe. The salinity is measured again and the process is repeated if still above the set point.

3. The system keeps a count of the number of times the tank has filled from the low probe to the

top probe. Once this count reaches eight (8), the drain valve will open until the water is below

the low probe. Drain valve then closes, solenoid opens til water reaches top probe.

4. Unit will run until reaches required temperature or is turned off.
