MagIQtouch Wi-Fi FAQ's - The wall control cannot connect to my Wi-Fi network?
• The MagIQtouch Wi-Fi Interface works only on the 2.4GHz band of the Wi-Fi network. It WILL NOT operate on the 5Ghz band available in most routers now usually in addition to 2.4GHz. Ensure you have 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi enabled on your router
• Ensure your login details have been entered correctly including your password which is case sensitive
• Your Wi-Fi interface may be out of range of your Wi-Fi router or not working
