MagIQtouch Wi-Fi FAQ's - My Seeley Wi-Fi smart App is not working

• Uninstall the app. Turn the phone completely off. Turn phone on again and reinstall the app.

• What is the revision level of the operating system
• What is the FULL model number of the phone
• Was the phone purchased in Australia or from overseas
