Aira units ordered as BMS the RLU222 will already be programmed for 0-10V signal.
If the RLU displays incorrect room and set temperatures, or the RLU does not display a room and set temperatures IE: -- is displayed
- Check correct wiring inputs into X3/51, 52 & 53
- Check voltage supplied is 0 -10 Vdc
- RLU may be set for standard thermostat ohm signal and need to be set to BMS 0-10V signal – contact technical support 1300 650 399

Above image is an example of a BMS that could be supplied by customer

Terminals X3/41 to X3/46 and X3/51 to X3/53, are all required to be connected for a HCV unit to operate correctly.
Flame failure X3/49 & 50 and burner running X3/47 & 48 terminals are voltage free (dry contacts) and are optional operational signals

Most BMS systems have their own power supply, therefore would not require connections to X4/65 +, and X4/66 -
However, if 24V is required use 24V from terminals X4/65 +, and X4/66 -
