⚠️ Safety Notice – Evaporative Cooling Products
This equipment must only be installed, commissioned, serviced and repaired by suitably qualified and licensed personnel.
Before commencing work, complete a task-specific risk assessment and ensure safe roof access, fall protection requirements, electrical safety procedures, adequate service clearances and appropriate PPE have been considered. All work must comply with applicable regulations, standards and manufacturer requirements.
Particular care must be taken when working at heights, around electrical components, moving parts, water systems, wet surfaces, roof spaces, ceiling spaces and confined spaces.
Do not proceed if safe access, weather conditions, required clearances, confined space risks or appropriate safety controls cannot be achieved and maintained.
Safety takes priority over diagnosis, repairs, installation schedules and customer expectations. If the task cannot be completed safely, it must not proceed until the risks have been adequately controlled.

If fasteners are misplaced during the motor changeover, refer to the Replacement Fastener Identification Guide below for the correct replacement part numbers.

Important Information - Reusing Existing Fasteners
Replacement inverter motor kits are supplied as a motor only.
During the motor replacement procedure, technicians must retain and reuse all screws and bolts removed from the original assembly. The replacement motor does not include replacement fasteners. The installation procedure specifically requires the existing fasteners to be reused when transferring components to the new motor.
If Fasteners Have Been Misplaced
If screws or bolts are lost during the motor replacement process, the following service parts may be required.
1. Motor Mounting Bolt
Part Number: 865250
Used to secure the motor to the venturi and motor mounting bracket assembly.
