MagIQtouch not finding Invertair KACV/KCHV add on during system configuration - Invertair cable Pt# 865256
If experiencing communication faults or MagIQtouch controller not finding appliance when installing a KACV/KCHV Invertair Add-on to a TQ ducted gas heater,
- Check 5m long communication cable ( part #865256) that connects between the heater and the indoor coil of the add on.
- Check that the unused conductors at the indoor coil end of the cable ( flat white connector) do not touch each other.
- Suggest the two unused cables are carefully cut to different lengths and electrical tape applied to prevent conductors touching earth or one another.
- Attached image shows the unused black and white conductors
Cut unused conductors at diffferent lengths and insulate so that they can't touch each other or short circuit to earth.
