This appliance must only be installed, commissioned, serviced and repaired by suitably qualified and licensed personnel.

Safety takes priority over diagnosis, repairs, installation schedules and customer expectations. If the task cannot be completed safely, it must not proceed until the risks have been adequately controlled.
Description:
The ICS (Integrated Control System) has detected an error on the second microprocessor.
Reset Procedure:
1. User Reset via MagIQtouch Controller:
• When prompted, press Retry on the pop-up message.
2. Manual Reset:
• Press the Reset button on the ICS unit.
Points to Check:
Power Issues:
• FC51 can be triggered by a power outage or interruption.
Software Version:
• FC51 in version V1.09 may be software related.
• Consider upgrading to a later version ICS to resolve the issue.
Environmental Factors:
• Inspect for moisture or dust on the ICS or inside the heater unit.
• If moisture is found:
• Clean and dry the ICS using 99% isopropyl alcohol and a soft, non-static brush or cloth.
• If corrosion or damage is visible, recommend upgrading to a newer version ICS control board.
