Identify your cooler using MagIQtouch


What this helps with

If you’re booking a service, we may ask for your model and serial number.


This method only works if your system has a MagIQtouch wall controller.
If you don’t have a MagIQtouch controller, you will need to check the label in the cooler or back of the supplied Owner's Manual instead.

Steps

  1. Tap the screen to wake up your MagIQtouch controller
  2. Go to Menu / Settings
  3. Open About Appliance (or similar)
  4. Your model and serial number will be shown on the screen

Don’t have MagIQtouch?

  • This feature is not available on other controllers
  • Check the sticker on the cooler unit (usually on the roof)
