Identify your cooler using MagIQtouch
What this helps with
If you’re booking a service, we may ask for your model and serial number.
This method only works if your system has a MagIQtouch wall controller.
If you don’t have a MagIQtouch controller, you will need to check the label in the cooler or back of the supplied Owner's Manual instead.
Steps
- Tap the screen to wake up your MagIQtouch controller
- Go to Menu / Settings
- Open About Appliance (or similar)
- Your model and serial number will be shown on the screen
Don’t have MagIQtouch?
- This feature is not available on other controllers
- Check the sticker on the cooler unit (usually on the roof)
